Lets get started.
New image 600 x 250
Copy and paste as a new raster layer your tube
Effects/Plugins/MuRa's Meister/copies wallpaper(rotate)
Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur 5
Effects/Plugins/Filter Factory Gallery E/Lead Crystal Emboss Default
Pick 2 colors from your tube
Rectrangle Tool and draw a rectrangle across your tag
Convert to raster layer
Effects/Distortion Effects/Warp
Effects/Plugins/Simple/4 Way Average Default
Copy and paste as a new raster layer your tube
Duplicate
Image Mirror and move to the left
Highlight the bottom tube layer
Duplicate
Move to the right
Highlight the org tube layer and move to the top
highlight the next layer dowm Merge down
Change the blend mode to what you like I change mine to Luminance(Legacy)
Close out the top layer
Merge Visible
Effects/Plugins/AAA Frame/Foto Frame settings to what you like
Open you top layer and add a drop shadow
Add Artist Copy right
Add wordart and/or name
